"This ServSafe Program will provide you the
resources needed to keep food safety as an essential
ingredient in every meal"

Effective July 1, 2004, food
establishments have must have one certified
supervisory employee per establishment.

The certified manager does not need
to be present during all hours of business.
-
New employees will have 90 days from
starting employment to become certified.

ServSafe is a state approved program
-
ServSafe Recertification is required every 5
years and is based on completion of training course
(exam is not required for recertification)

Facilities"

examine issues that arise regularly in the hiring
process; the threat of unionization; and other common
questions to allow the participant to compare their
practices and procedures. In doing so, the program will
